Winning Star

Mastered by Donna Sharp, this exquisite star quilt of diamond patches sewn in a concentric circle radiates out from black corduroy in the center to green, olive, deep reds, paprika, golds and then back again. The star is set on a tone-on-tone print and bordered with a lavish paisley print of tan, olive, paprika and black. Hand quilted flower motifs create a field of texture while quilt reverses to another dramatic black paisley print.
