You may return any purchase for any reason within 30 days from the receiving date and get a full refund minus original shipping costs if any were charged. All returned products must be in their original manufacturer's packaging and unaltered in any way. Returned items not in original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders received after the 30 days will receive a store credit for the purchase amount.
You must receive a return authorization number in order to return. You can get an RMA# by any of the following ways: calling 800.836.3944, emailing info@houseofquilts.com or logging into your account online and requesting a return authorization number from the order history. The return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the box as well as on the return form. All returns without a return authorization number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the shipping party.
